Job Description

Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M+ monthly users, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Core Analytics team. This role is based in London. The company achieved a $1B valuation in 2024 and is backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic.

The Senior Product Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting data-informed decisions, ensuring consistent data usage across analytical teams, and improving data tools. The analyst will conduct research impacting various teams and supporting high-level decisions.

Role Involves:

• Modeling growth in terms of revenue and users.
• Identifying the best user segmentation to understand retention and conversion funnels.
• Presenting findings to peers and leaders, integrating insights into decisions.
• Improving BI and data architecture.
• Prioritizing projects for analytics engineers.
• Unifying methodology for A/B experiments and promoting best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical knowledge.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in data visualization using Looker/Tableau.
• Strong presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in subscription business
• Python for data analysis
• Experience in mentoring other analysts
• Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
• Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst
