Senior QA Engineer at Flo Health

Flo Health is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their team in Vilnius. Flo Health has secured a $200M investment and become the first purely digital consumer women’s health app to achieve unicorn status. The Senior QA Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability, performance, and seamless user experiences across Flo's products. This role involves working within a cross-functional team to ensure comprehensive manual and automated test coverage.

The role involves:

• Working closely with Product Manager and developers to identify corner cases.
• Defining test methodologies and creating test cases to validate functionality.
• Writing clear and reproducible bug reports.
• Preparing and executing test plans with a focus on User Stories coverage.
• Investigating and analyzing data using SQL in an Agile environment.
• Exchanging QA best practices with colleagues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Experience with backend technologies (APIs, DBs, SQL).
• Understanding of testing methodology in Agile product lifecycle.
• Experience in test automation.
• Good English level – both spoken and written.
