User Acquisition Team Lead

Job Description

Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking a User Acquisition Team Lead to join their team in London. Flo became the first product of its kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024. The User Acquisition team plays a crucial role in Flo's growth, managing and optimizing high-quality creative media to expand the user base.Responsibilities:

• Lead User Acquisition at Flo across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget.
• Develop new growth initiatives and experiment with various UA strategies.
• Oversee reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing.
• Optimize performance across multiple ad networks.
• Manage relationships with ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product, privacy & compliance teams.
• Liaise with ad network vendors and partner with other Flo teams to develop creative ads.
• Develop and manage the User Acquisition team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition.
• 3+ years in managing a performance marketing team.
• Expert understanding of mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution (including SKAN and Sandbox).
• Expertise in analytics and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and recommendations.
• Expertise in Google Play and AppStore connect reports & analytics.
• Understanding of the privacy landscape (GDPR, CCPA, DMA, etc.).
• Experience managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
