Similarweb is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Tokyo to strengthen client relationships and maximize business outcomes. The CSM will leverage their expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer success to address client challenges and drive data-driven results. This role reports to the Customer Success Team Manager in Japan.
The CSM will serve as a key point of contact, identifying client challenges and defining success. They will manage the onboarding process, provide training, and offer strategic advice through data utilization. The CSM will also manage churn risk, promote client engagement, identify upselling opportunities, and develop expertise in Similarweb's solutions.
