Senior Systems Engineer- Microsoft M365/Active Directory at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join its Global Windows Platform & Services team. This hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote) will be responsible for planning, designing, automating, and implementing Microsoft solutions in data centers and the Microsoft Cloud. The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating and Office Suite, Microsoft Azure Cloud and Cloud Virtual Desktops, M365, and other 3rd party cloud technologies.Responsibilities include:

• Architecting and designing solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Enforcing adherence to architectural standards and principles
• Guiding engineering methodologies and standards
• Troubleshooting Active Directory Infrastructure, Entra, and Group Policies
• Creating logical and physical designs for all Microsoft M365 solutions

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of IT Engineering experience
• Minimum 3+ years in a cloud engineering role
• 5+ years of in-depth Microsoft M365 Experience
• 5+ years of experience in similar role (Active Directory Design, Azure Cloud and M365 break/fix, engineering, complex implementations)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a global financial organization
• Microsoft Certifications (MCSE and MOUS) are a strong plus and some will be required within a year of joining IB.
