Similarweb is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for its key regional customers. The role reports to the AVP, APAC Inside Sales and focuses on developing and executing long-term growth strategies for top accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure customer engagement and increased investment in Similarweb's products.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing strategies to engage top accounts and increase product investment.
  • Managing relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partnering with the Strategic Sales team for account expansion.
  • Influencing future lifetime value through product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • 7+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Experience with renewals and up-sells (SaaS/Digital preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience with large multinational accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience in consultative sales processes.
  • Experience presenting to senior management.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue business models.
  • Team player.
