Product Support Specialist at Similarweb

Similarweb is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their Tier 1 team in Prague. The role involves becoming a product expert and supporting customers to ensure they get the most out of Similarweb’s products. The Product Support Specialist will work on-site every day to collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality support by providing personalized, prompt, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Achieving high satisfaction ratings, quick response times, and speedy resolutions.
• Becoming a product expert to offer the best possible solutions and support.
• Investigating and escalating bugs or technical issues to the Tier 2 team.
• Sharing feedback on product improvements to enhance the platform.
• Routing clients to other teams when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Internet and tech-savviness with the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience in customer support or customer care (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
• A team-player attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
