Similarweb is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue from new customers. The Sales Manager will communicate the value of Similarweb's products and persuade potential customers to invest in their services. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota.
- Leverage CRM and internal resources to develop outbound pipelines.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, value matching, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Maintain forecasts and manage sales activity in Salesforce.
- Transition new clients to the Client Services team.
- Expertly manage inbound prospect meetings.
- Provide value-based/consultative selling of SimilarWeb solutions.
- Connect clients with relevant resources to drive integration of SimilarWeb.
- Manage various teams throughout a prospect’s organization.
- Support the handover process to the AM CS team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as an SDR/MIR and/or BDR (Internal)
- Consistent success self-sourcing meetings, pipeline, and meeting KPIs (Internal)
- Strong SDR achievement to target on completion rate and meeting / opp ratios (Internal)
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with clients/stakeholders (External)
- English- native level - a must
- German speaker- big advantage
- Track record of achieving targets in a fast paced environment
- Worked with similar sized accounts/territory, with similar deal sizes and sales cycles, and carried a similar quota (External)
- B.A. in relevant discipline
- Knowledgeable in Similarweb solutions, use cases, value propositions and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Demonstrates business acumen and an understanding of commercial activities of our clients.
