Job Description
Similarweb is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Prague. This role is crucial in Similarweb’s efforts to build a Digital CS program, combining industry understanding with technology to guide customers in achieving their goals. The Junior Customer Success Manager will play a key role in expanding the value that customers are getting from Similarweb and as a consequence retain the existing customer base.Responsibilities include:
  • Using technology and tools to deliver value at scale through email campaigns, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Defining and achieving short-term goals aligned with customer objectives.
  • Implementing best practices and strategies tailored to customer segments.
  • Engaging directly with key customers to ensure successful adoption and renewals.
  • Collaborating with Automation and Product Marketing teams to maximize account potential.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B/B2C in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong prioritization and process-oriented skills.
  • Ability to multitask and switch between different activities.
  • Strong skills in building trust and providing value quickly.
  • Ability to conduct one-to-many communication.
