Scale Customer Success Manager at Similarweb

Similarweb is seeking a Scale Customer Success Manager to join their team in Prague. This role is crucial in building a Digital CS program and expanding customer value to retain the existing customer base.

The Scale Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering customer value at scale through email campaigns, webinars, and training sessions.
• Defining and achieving short-term goals aligned with customer objectives.
• Implementing best practices tailored to customer segments using data analysis.
• Engaging directly with key customers to ensure successful adoption of Similarweb.
• Collaborating with Automation and Product Marketing teams to maximize account potential and customer retention.

Requirements for the Scale Customer Success Manager role include:

• 1+ year of experience in B2B/B2C as a Customer Success Manager.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of customers (over 100).
• Strong prioritization and process-oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask and switch between different activities.
• Strong skills in building trust and providing value.
• Ability to conduct one-to-many communication (email campaigns, webinars, office hours).
