Similarweb is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Prague. This role is crucial in Similarweb’s efforts to build a Digital CS program, combining industry understanding with technology to guide customers in achieving their goals. The Junior Customer Success Manager will play a key role in expanding the value that customers are getting from Similarweb and as a consequence retain the existing customer base.Responsibilities include:
- Using technology and tools to deliver value at scale through email campaigns, webinars, and training sessions.
- Defining and achieving short-term goals aligned with customer objectives.
- Implementing best practices and strategies tailored to customer segments.
- Engaging directly with key customers to ensure successful adoption and renewals.
- Collaborating with Automation and Product Marketing teams to maximize account potential.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B/B2C in a customer-facing role.
- Strong prioritization and process-oriented skills.
- Ability to multitask and switch between different activities.
- Strong skills in building trust and providing value quickly.
- Ability to conduct one-to-many communication.
