Similarweb is seeking an SMB Customer Success Manager for the Greater China Region, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with small to medium-sized (SMB) clients, leveraging their expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer success to solve business problems and deliver data-driven outcomes.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on product adoption and retention, insights generation, and creative solutions for Similarweb's offerings. Reporting to the Team Manager, Customer Success in Singapore, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client engagement and value extraction from Similarweb's solutions.

The role involves:

  • Being the primary point of contact for all users on the account
  • Responsible for identifying the client’s pain points and defining client success
  • Responsible for onboarding, training, boosting engagement, and evangelising Similarweb's product offerings
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to the client, providing guidance and support throughout our journey and partnership.
  • Manage and expand long-term customer relationships, and ensure account longevity and renewals
  • Identify and mitigate account churn risks, implementing proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experience.
  • Ensure our clients are engaged with the platform, taking action based on our data-driven insights and understanding the value it brings them towards achieving their business goals.
  • Support in uncovering and identifying upsell opportunities during the customer’s lifecycle.
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise across all Similarweb solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid understanding and experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a client facing customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company with planning and execution capabilities
  • 3+ years experience in an analytical/consultative role in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, media planning).
  • Solid relationship-building skills – the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers in the Greater China Region as well as internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to quickly discover, digest, and identify solutions to problems.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills when it comes to analysing data to share meaningful insights.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners with a strong customer focus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset and results-oriented.
