Business Development Representative (Inbound) | Spanish Speaking

Job Description

Similarweb is seeking a Market Intelligence Representative (MIR) to nurture relationships with inbound prospects from the free product and convert them into qualified leads. This role reports to the Team Manager of MIR and is seen as a stepping stone to future Sales leadership roles within Similarweb. The MIR will be the first point of contact for new prospects, demonstrating the value of Similarweb's data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls, chats and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects
• Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that Similarweb
• Sharing these insights either verbally, or through email
• Filling the sales pipeline, by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and sales managers
• Partnering with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns

Requirements:

• Professional level English & Spanish
• Wants to launch a successful career in tech sales
• Has a strong work ethic, and knows how to develop relationships
• Previous customer-facing or marketing experience would be an advantage
• Experience with salesforce would be an advantage
• Experience with the LATAM Market is a plus
