Similarweb is seeking a talented Consumer Insights Consultant to join their growing Consumer Insights team in Tokyo. The role reports to the AS Team Manager in London and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects. Similarweb values work-life balance and has implemented a hybrid model where employees work from the office 3 days a week and have the flexibility to work from home for the other two days.
The role involves:
- Partnering with the go-to-market team to plan custom advisory projects.
- Supporting the transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering to produce best-in-class data.
- Delivering insights reports and actionable recommendations in PPT/PDF format.
- Acting as a trusted partner and communicating directly with the client.
- Managing the whole project cycle from scoping and pricing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills.
- Experience in managing complex data-driven projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and online user behaviors.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
