Similarweb is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to nurture relationships with inbound prospects from their free product and convert them into qualified leads for the sales pipeline. This role reports to the MIR Team Manager.

As an MIR, they will be the primary point of contact for new prospects, demonstrating the value of Similarweb by sharing relevant data insights. The representative’s relationship-building skills and lead generation will directly benefit the sales pipeline. This position represents a chance to begin a hi-tech career in a supportive environment, delivering value to companies worldwide, in various industries and verticals.

The role involves:

  • Taking inbound calls, chats, and responding to contact forms to qualify prospects.
  • Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects.
  • Sharing insights verbally or via email.
  • Filling the sales pipeline, by creating meetings between prospects and sales managers.
  • Partnering with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns

Requirements:

  • Wants to launch a successful career in tech sales
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills
  • Previous customer-facing or marketing experience (advantage)
  • Experience with Salesforce (advantage)
  • Able to work Monday-Friday
  • Additional language is a bonus (preferably Korean)
