Ozow is seeking a Technical Integrations & Support Engineer to provide excellent service and technical assistance to customers. The role involves understanding Ozow’s systems, programming languages, and assisting external developers with system integrations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent service, adhere to policies and SLAs, and represent the company's core values.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting external developers in integrating with the Ozow system.
- Troubleshooting logs and using dev tools like Postman.
- Providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Working shifts and stand by to provide 24/7 support.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Support Agent.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting logs and using dev tools.
- Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
