Deal Desk Manager - Singapore at Similarweb

Similarweb is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to join their Deal Desk team. The Deal Desk Manager will support the go-to-market organization throughout their deal cycle, facilitating contract reviews and managing quote-to-cash processes. Reporting to the Head of Deal Desk, the individual will partner with Similarweb’s global GTM organization, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on policies and processes to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as GTM’s trusted advisor and primary source for quote-to-cash requests.
• Acting as GTM’s main point of contact, liaison, and advocate, managing internal disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with company commercial policies.
• Reviewing documents and aligning data across contracts, Salesforce, and billing systems.
• Assisting legal in reviewing commercial redlines.
• Maintaining training sessions with GTM teams.
• Identifying process gaps and providing solutions for improvements.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Deal Desk experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Salesforce experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong understanding of the sales deal cycle.
• Strong understanding of licensing models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant SaaS experience.
