Director of MIS, GTM Business Applications at Similarweb

Similarweb is seeking a Director of MIS, GTM Business Applications to lead the management and optimization of Salesforce and other key business applications. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional Ops teams and business leaders. They will manage a team of Business Analysts, Project managers and Systems Administrators and will report to the VP of IT.

Role involves:

• Overseeing the architecture, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Leading major cross-functional projects using automation, AI, and advanced technologies.
• Managing and improving CPQ processes.
• Establishing and tracking KPIs for project success and application performance.
• Mentoring and coaching the GTM-focused team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading MIS, GTM systems, in complex, global environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
• Proven experience in designing & delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
