Lead Full Stack Developer

Similarweb is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead their Prague team, focusing on the development of B2C products used by millions worldwide. The role involves designing solutions, developing new features, and mentoring team members. The company values people, data, and innovation. Role Involves:

• Leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Hands-on development of key functionalities and code optimization
• Designing architecture and selecting the right tools
• Collaborating on optimizing deployment, scaling, and cloud solutions
• Cooperating with Product Managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Experience in leading projects or mentoring developers
• Understanding of web application architecture and infrastructure solutions
