Similarweb is seeking a Senior MIS Project Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within its Information Systems (IS) group. Reporting to the VP of Information Systems, the role focuses on redesigning Similarweb’s Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, aiming for a next-generation solution to bolster company growth. The candidate will also coordinate IS strategic initiatives and operational programs, centralizing project planning, monitoring progress, defining success metrics, and enhancing team collaboration.

The Senior MIS Project Manager at Similarweb will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the creation and execution of a detailed project plan for Q2C transformation.
  • Leading the redesign and implementation of a new Q2C solution.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across various departments for seamless solution integration.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, manage the RFP process, evaluate vendor capabilities.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in quoting, product catalog, billing, provisioning, and financial aspects.
  • Centralizing and overseeing the IS group’s strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Defining and tracking success metrics for IS initiatives, using data-driven insights.
  • Acting as a central point for improving collaboration and communication within the IS group.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Extensive experience managing complex IS projects, particularly in Quote-to-Cash.
  • A track record of successfully coordinating and delivering high-impact organizational initiatives.
  • Strong skills in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
