Associate Buyer - Men's

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Men's Associate Buyer located in Beverly Hills, California. The Associate Buyer will create assortment strategies based on current inventory and market needs by partnering with cross functional teams. They will select products, track inventory, and monitor sales to ensure financial plans are met while upholding brand integrity. The role involves:

• Developing sales forecasts for seasonal and carryover item
• Creating and managing store matrices and visual management tools for new stores
• Managing inventory, tracking, and monitoring daily sales, as well as inventory levels
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to grow and develop assortment strategies
• Analyzing sales in season and post-season to inform future season actions, strategies, and assortment

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of professional experience in merchandising, buying, and planning
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Natural leader and problem solver with a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent Excel skills

Alo Yoga offers:

• A base salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year
