Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Men's Buying Manager to drive the success and growth of their Men’s, Accessories & Footwear business. The Buying Manager will set buying strategies for seasonal and carryover products, manage sales, inventory, and profitability using the Open To Buy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve buys.
  • Manage financial elements of the business.
  • Partner with Merchandising to develop assortment strategies.
  • Present sales analysis and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Attend meetings and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate business needs with internal partners.
  • Review best and worst-selling styles.
  • Manage buying process and calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to innovate and improve processes.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • BFA/BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of apparel buying experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail math concepts.

Alo Yoga offers:

  • A base salary range of $140,000-$165,000 per year.
  • Performance bonuses and long-term incentives.
