Job Description
Alo is seeking a Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to lead the day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution. This role involves leading a team of data-driven site merchandisers to optimize online merchandising, improve the customer journey, and maximize conversion rates. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, monitor site metrics, identify trends, and implement data-backed improvements to boost product discoverability and overall site experience.
- Support Director of Site Merchandising to develop and execute data-backed merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze digital customer demand to provide data-driven insights.
- Oversee the execution of product launches.
- Keep up with industry trends and customer behavior.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance.
- Mentor and guide a team of site merchandising professionals.
- Lead the execution and analysis of A/B tests.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in web tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
