Product Integrity Analyst

Job Description

Alo is seeking a Product Integrity Analyst to support daily operations by ensuring product quality and compliance. This role involves conducting investigations, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high product standards. The Product Integrity Analyst will play a key role in identifying product defects and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track reported issues.
• Analyze data to identify product quality trends and potential risks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on product quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and 3rd party audit inspection.
• Identify and assess risks related to product quality, safety, and integrity.
• Lead efforts to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Investigate product quality failures and identify root causes.
• Analyze reports and defect trends to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance-related documentation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product creation, quality, or a related field.
• Proficiency in software including Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-directed with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
