Job Description
Alo is seeking a Manager of Retail Reporting, Planning & Insights to join their Retail Operations team. This role is crucial as Alo expands its stores globally. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation and management of the annual budget for retail operations and manage all store reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and managing the annual budget for retail operations.
- Comparing actual financial performance to budgeted figures and recommending adjustments.
- Managing all store reporting, including sales and operational KPIs.
- Serving as the main point of contact for all reporting requests to the retail data team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Generating and maintaining sophisticated reporting mechanisms to track KPIs.
- Conducting regular reviews of store-level P&L’s.
- Producing general operational reports to support decision-making.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a Financial Reporting function within the Retail or Hospitality sectors.
- Experience in Retail FP&A.
- Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to connect the dots between finance, operations, and people.
- Experience administering and using communication platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
