The Senior Manager of Retail Communications at Alo will define and oversee the retail communication strategy, ensuring it aligns with Alo's brand and business objectives. This role involves shaping Alo's voice and culture across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail initiative, workload, and communication calendar.
- Administer the Zipline communication platform.
- Manage communication intake and change management.
- Maintain the resource library.
- Plan field meetings and events.
- Oversee the Alo Retail's ticketing platform and feedback management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in communication management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven ability to develop successful communication strategies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
Alo Offers:
- A base salary range of $120,000.00- $140,000 per year.
