Digital Marketing Manager at Sony Music Entertainment Netherlands

Sony Music Nederland is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Amsterdam. The Digital Marketing Manager will be an expert in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns for Sony Music's artists. He/She will collaborate with the Project Manager and the Creative Marketing team to translate the artists' stories and identities into impactful campaigns. The goal is to connect with (potential) fans, ensuring that everything aligns perfectly with the artist and their audience.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with a team consisting of Project Manager, Creative Campaign Manager, the Digital Media Manager and the Content Producers. The team also includes a Belgium team from Brussel.

Responsibilities

• Translate the identity and storytelling of the artist into a campaign that reflects their story and values.
• Set up the campaign from a strategic point of view.
• Develop and manage digital campaigns in collaboration with the Project Manager and the creative marketing team.
• Coordinate the execution of the campaign and oversee the progress.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to effectively bring together all components of the campaign.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies based on data and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in (digital) marketing, preferably within the music industry or a related sector.
• A strong passion for digital marketing, with the ability to develop campaigns from a strategic point of view.
• Knowledge of the digital market regarding social channels (Tiktok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube etc), Twitch, Discord, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly convey the artist's message to various target groups.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
