Asset Protection Specialist - Fashion Island

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist for its Flagship location in Newport Beach, California. This role involves supporting and maximizing asset protection for Alo sanctuaries, using data analysis and technology to execute a customized protection program. The Asset Protection Specialist will partner with the store team, conduct investigations into theft and fraud, monitor store activities via CCTV, analyze surveillance footage, and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

• Educating staff on loss prevention

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations
• Ability to travel within market
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in surveillance systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of asset protection laws and regulations
