Alo is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Amsterdam store. This role is crucial for implementing Alo's business and guest experience strategies. • Investigating sales opportunities and addressing gaps.
• Overseeing the Sales & Service team.
• Building client relationships.
• Ensuring effective sales floor coverage.
• Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
• Leading a team through coaching and development.
• Overseeing the execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic and time management skills.
• Alignment with Alo’s values.
• Proof of right to live and work in the Netherlands.
