Alo is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Amsterdam store. This role is crucial for implementing Alo's business and guest experience strategies. The Assistant Manager will focus on achieving business targets, enhancing sales and guest experience, and developing talent, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in the store.About the Company:Alo is a mindful movement company at its core, is about mindful movement in the studio that leads to better living.   • Investigating sales opportunities and addressing gaps.
  • Overseeing the Sales & Service team.
  • Building client relationships.
  • Ensuring effective sales floor coverage.
  • Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
  • Leading a team through coaching and development.
  • Overseeing the execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model.
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills.
  • Alignment with Alo’s values.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the Netherlands.
