Alo Yoga is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Grafton Street location in Dublin. This role is pivotal in bringing Alo's business and guest experience strategy to life within the store. The Assistant Manager will be deeply involved in sales, guest satisfaction, and talent development, aligning with Alo's core values.Role involves:
- Investigating and addressing sales opportunities.
- Overseeing the Sales & Service team to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Building client relationships.
- Developing workforce solutions and leading sales initiatives.
- Contributing to the store's Sales & Service strategy.
- Managing budget, reporting, and business data.
- Ensuring the team embodies the Alo mission and guiding principles.
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Creating effective schedules.
- Overseeing execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model and implementing General/Store Manager’s vision.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience in retail or a related field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and business owner mindset.
- Strong work ethic, time management, and personal accountability.
- Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
