Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales Associate for their Carrefour Laval location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving store sales goals by setting the standard for Alo experiences and brand mission. They will create an authentic and organic experience for each customer through genuine connection, product education, and educating customers about Alo's community and culture. This role involves working on a team and relishing a culture of feedback and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Impacting the business and store environment in a positive manner.
  • Driving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ensuring engagement with customers.
  • Building client relationships daily.
  • Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results.
  • Ensuring effective sales floor coverage.
  • Introducing all facets of the Alo business model.
  • Leveraging company tools and strategies.
  • Resolving client needs quickly and effectively.
  • Educating guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
  • Assisting in processing shipment and ensuring product flow.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
  • Ability to foster genuine connections
