Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate in New York, NY. The Operations Associate is crucial to the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. They will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team, providing feedback and completing tasks to support overall store operations.

Role Involves:

  • Executing inventory management effectively.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, etc.).
  • Maintaining strong visual standards.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.
  • Executing company-level operations directives.
  • Assisting in processing shipment and ensuring product flow
  • Resolving client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly in the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
