Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate for its La Encantada Shopping Center location. The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in the store team, focusing on profitability and efficiency. This individual collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and optimize store operations.

The role involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Addressing inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
  • Maintaining visual standards.
  • Resolving client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying product concerns and suggest inventory needs

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork skills.
