Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team in Oakbrook, IL. This role is pivotal in driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Operations & Visual Management team to enhance overall store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Addressing inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions, including shipment processing.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe and well-organized stockroom.
  • Executing company directives related to operations.
  • Assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
