Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Associate to join their team in London. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Associate will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions.
  • Maintaining visual standards.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.
  • Executing company-level operations directives.
  • Assisting in processing shipments.
  • Resolving client needs and identifying product concerns.
  • Supporting other areas of the business as needed.

Requirements:
  • Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment is preferred.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivation to achieve results.
  • Ability to foster genuine connections and build trusting relationships.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK.

The role offers:
  • Full-time position with 32-40 hours per week.
