Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Santa Monica

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Santa Monica store team. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store.

The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory management processes, address inventory accuracy issues, and support key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The ideal candidate will maintain visual standards, support a safe work environment, and dynamically move on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs. They will also execute company-level operations directives, ensuring product flow and visual merchandising excellence.

What this role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes.
• Investigating and solving inventory accuracy problems.
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting in creating a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational setting.
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service.
