This is a description of the Operations Associate position at Alo Yoga, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The company is focused on mindful movement, improving life and communities. The Operations Associate is essential to the store team, responsible for maximizing store profitability and efficiency.

The role involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operations.
  • Ensuring strong visual standards.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.
  • Processing shipment and ensuring product flow.
  • Resolving client needs ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs to support the business goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
