Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Aspen

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join their team in Aspen, CO. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Associate collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, contributing to various operational functions and ensuring optimal results.

Role Involves:

• Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting key operational tasks such as shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards.
• Assisting guests on the retail floor.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly in and around the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
