Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Aventura Mall

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their Aventura Mall location in Florida. The Operations Associate will drive profitability and efficiency, working with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.This individual will:

• Execute inventory management processes
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues
• Support operational functions (shipment, receiving, etc.)
• Maintain visual standards
• Support a safe work environment
• Execute company directives
• Assist in processing shipment and product flow
• Resolve client needs
• Identify product concerns

Requirements include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivation
