Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its Bloor St location in Toronto. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. They will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results in support of overall store operations. The company is centered around mindful movement.Role involves:
  • Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and identifying root causes.
  • Supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly in all areas of the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Aligns with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
