Job Description
ALO Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in London. This role is critical for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead to execute tasks, provide team feedback, and achieve optimal operational results.Role involves:
  • Executing inventory management processes
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues
  • Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, etc.)
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor
  • Supporting stockroom standards and processes
  • Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment (preferred)
  • Passion for customer service
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results
  • Ability to foster genuine connections
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
