Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance store profitability and efficiency in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations through feedback and execution.Role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes
• Addressing inventory accuracy issues
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and floor set updates
• Maintaining visual standards for the sales floor
• Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Assisting in visual merchandising
• Resolving client needs

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivated and aligns with Alo’s Guiding Principles
