Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate at its City Creek Center location. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Role Involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions like shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Assisting customers and resolving their needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
