Alo Yoga is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join their team in New York. The Operations Associate will work closely with Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. The role involves a customer-centric and operational environment.
The Operations Associate role with Alo Yoga involves:
- Executing inventory management processes.
- Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
- Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
- Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
- Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Resolving client needs and identifying product concerns.
Requirements for this role include:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
- Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, move, bend, kneel, and climb.
- Passion for customer service.
- Self-motivation and team-oriented mindset.
