Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for their Galleria Edina location. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and optimize store operations.
Role Involves: - Executing inventory management processes.
- Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
- Supporting operational functions (shipment, receiving, replenishment).
- Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
- Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Processing shipment and product flow
- Resolving customer concerns and identifying product needs.
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
- Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for an entire shift.
- Passion for customer service.
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
