Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their Garden State Plaza location. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results in support of overall store operations.

The Operations Associate performs various tasks. Role involves:
  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, replenishment).
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
  • Resolving client needs and addressing product concerns.


Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles.
