Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their Garden State Plaza location. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results in support of overall store operations.
The Operations Associate performs various tasks. Role involves:
- Executing inventory management processes.
- Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
- Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, replenishment).
- Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
- Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
- Resolving client needs and addressing product concerns.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
- Passion for customer service.
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
