Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Georgetown

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate in Georgetown, Washington, DC, who will be responsible for driving profitability and efficiency in the store. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process gaps.
• Support operational functions like shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, move, lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Open availability is expected during the Blackout period (American Thanksgiving week through the first week of January). Alo Yoga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
