Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its International Plaza location in Tampa, FL. This role is vital to the store team, focusing on profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks and provide feedback for optimal store operations.
Key responsibilities include: - Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
- Investigating inventory issues and escalating process gaps.
- Supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
- Maintaining visual standards and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.
- Assisting with processing shipments, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment.
- Resolving client needs quickly and identifying product concerns.
The ideal candidate should possess: - 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
