The Customer Success Architect role at Sigma Computing is crucial for ensuring customers achieve their objectives by providing technical expertise and support throughout their post-sales journey. This individual acts as a Sigma champion, product expert, and advisor to customers on technical best practices, helping them implement successful business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Sigma champion and product expert, offering advice and expertise to customers.
  • Advise customers on technical best practices, including Sigma best practices and patterns, performance tuning, security (SSO, team organization, row-level security), and embedded/API access.
  • Capture product feedback from customers and collaborate with the product team to enhance the product roadmap.
  • Identify new use cases to expand accounts and optimize Sigma's value, ensuring renewals.
  • Cultivate customer references for the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role (customer success or consulting).
  • Strong customer relationship skills and experience implementing production business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with database concepts and data warehouse technologies (cloud data warehouse preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Ability to work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel.
