Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Kierland Commons

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join their team at the Kierland Commons location in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store.

The Operations Associate works closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, executing inventory management processes, addressing accuracy issues, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and visual merchandising. The role also involves maintaining strong visual standards, ensuring a safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Execute inventory management processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Support key operational functions.
• Maintain strong visual standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
