Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store on Kings Road, London. The Operations Associate will play a critical role in the store team, driving profitability and efficiency by supporting total store operations. The individual will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions such as shipment receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery.
  • Maintaining strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Assisting in processing shipment and ensuring product flow.
  • Resolving client needs quickly and effectively.
  • Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs.
  • Supporting other areas of the business as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment preferred.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Ability to foster genuine connections through empathy and integrity.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK.

Alo Yoga offers:

  • A part-time schedule of up to 29 hours per week.
