Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for their Lenox Square location in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.He/She will be responsible for:
  • Executing inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory issues.
  • Supporting operational functions like shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Executing company directives related to operations.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
  • Resolving client needs and addressing product concerns.
Requirements are:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo's guiding principles.
